Hey, everyone! I'm an English-language editor for screenwriters and producers working in English as a second language. Having worked with a couple of established writers now, I am looking to expand my network of writers, producers and development execs working internationally.
I am not a 'script editor' in the industry sense – I'm a trained translator (Spanish to English) and editor, so my focus is really on making English read naturally (for example, ensuring that dialogue feels right for the character and context).
I realise that this is quite niche, and that AI is muscling in on this sort of work, but I would love to make contact with anyone who understands the value of human editors. I'm looking forward to making connections with and learning from the wider community too!
