And very, very much alive - well, as alive as a 27-year-old-for-the-thirtieth-time has a right to be.

But which witch is which? True as muffins, I can do anything I set my back to, but mostly, my mind is mostly tuned to love and benevolence towards all, sundry and the cat. The majick by which I reach this serendipitous end is words, because of course it is: words of love are stronger than words of hatred, words of togetherness beat hollow words of division. Naturally, words are just the seeds which make the trees which make the planks which make the dream-boat, but the ground in which they are planted, the sunlight which feeds them and the water and all the other things necessary for life - these are the intent behind the words, which also builds the dream-boat and not a man o' war.

My intent is to entertain, yes, but I'll leave the dystopian nightmares to other people. And yes, whiles many a good story is the better for dystopian elements to make it believable, I attempt to do things in a way which is, whilst not light of subject, perhaps a little enlightening, delightful and with a lightness of touch which will have you begging for more. I'm sure many a good lover knows what I mean (ahem...)

After all, if we are to build a better world, it's all the better if we all enjoy the ride x
