Hola! I go by Gonzo. Sorry for the misleading title, but this post is a little about me. :)
A few things I love outside of the entertainment industry are baking, training in MMA/Muay Thai, and gathering a group of friends who don’t know each other into one place. Some of my favorite movies are 28 DAYS LATER, JURASSIC PARK, CROUCHING TIGER HIDDEN DRAGON, THE ART OF SELF-DEFENSE, CHICKEN RUN, TAE GUK GI, THE SHAPE OF WATER, HP AND THE ORDER OF THE PHOENIX, and LOTR.
Recently, helped develop and consult on a project that landed on The Black List called THE MIDNIGHT POOL (Jonathan Easley). After making adjustments to the script, the spec received $10 million in financing and is expected to start filming in Fall 2025, with James McTeigue attached to direct.
I greatly enjoy helping creatives bring out the best in their stories. I want to support the vision and integrity of creators' stories. During my time at The Kennedy/Marshall Company (JURASSIC WORLD: REBIRTH, TWISTERS, INDIANA JONES, BOURNE), I’ve honed my story skills in giving creative feedback through notes and coverage. Additionally, while at Storied Media Group, I identified prospective IP that statistically had the best chance of being adapted into a film or TV series.
