Hi everyone, Signed up for Stage 32 a while back, but this is the first chance I've had to wave and say hello to the community. A few things you should probably know about me:
1. I'm not a d**k.
2. I love movies, TV and books (well, obviously!)
3. My first writing successes came in prose fiction - specifically, science fiction, horror and comedy. So, yes, I am a nerd. And proud.
4. I'm here to connect, read, support others and develop as a screenwriter.
5. I'm currently in post-production on a short teaser for one of my TV comedies. 0 budget. 100% fun.
6. My 1 year old son rules my life at the moment, so if I don't reply to posts right away, it's not because I hate you. It's because I'm either working, writing, or being held prisoner by a sociopathic (but cute) toddler.
7. Despite my profile info - I am based in the UK. I've tried to change the location so many times now, but Stage 32 keeps insisting I live in San Diego. I don't. Nothing against San Diego (lovely city), but I don't live there.

Welcome John - my wife and I spent 5 months in England this January and really enjoyed getting to know the small areas of the country. I think you'll find Stage 32 to be a very productive community and one that has a ton of resources.
