Compiling a useful chain-of-title document for distributors more interested in product for their audiences than in litigating contested IP rights would benefit from a tool built for that purpose.
I'm looking at this project as providing the framework on which such a tool might be built.

The spec for templating contracts seems well developed. At this point they are still working primarily with command line tools, and at v0.30.1 the installer is not stable, at least not in my environment. So I have not yet tested this, but this is certainly a project to watch and contribute to, for those so inclined.
