Screenwriting : Looking for Short Scripts by Oaken Beeson

I'm in the market for a good script as I just don't have the time to write my own. Looking for a simple script 7-10 minutes finished length, good dialog, no horror or action. Willing to pay for rights and to work with writer through production. Anyone have any ideas send them my way!
