Happy IYW, everyone! As an old school hip-hop loyalist from NYC, kickin' it with LL Cool J was not only a blast but a reminder that we all must "Rock The Bells". So what are your bells? What are you working on that you are excited about? What script are you writing? What film are you making? What score are you composing? What color grading are you bringing to a film in post-production? What budget are you making and managing for an indie film? What bells are you rocking right now in your creative life?
I was so excited to see The Hollywood Reporter announce Stage 32 Certification's new partnership with The Association of Film Commissioners International at this year's Cannes Film Festival. Stage 32 Certification is supporting film crew advancement and development all over the world and is here for you, as a Stage 32 member. Reach out to me anytime at Certification@Stage32.com if I can answer any questions, recommend any of our certification courses to support your current or future goals, or to just start a conversation. I'm excited to hear what you're all working on!

Hello, happy IYW to you!
Congratulations on the announcement.
For me, it is always the first one: The Silent PFC War. I’m also preparing to start my second script soon.
Hi Sam Sokolow, happy IYW to you! Love the energy you bring my friend and that LL Cool J moment is iconic. Your question about “bells” is such a good one. For me, the bells I’m rocking right now are finishing the pitch deck on my feature Soul Mated and keeping my short film The Misstep moving through the festival circuit.
And I’m also really excited about the Stage 32 Certification partnership you mentioned. It’s amazing to see how much support is being built for global crew development. Feels like a real step forward for the whole indie ecosystem.
Wishing you a great weekend too. Keep rocking those bells :))
Congrats on the new announcement!
