Producing : Completed Episode 3 of My Original Drama Series and Beginning Episode 4 by Courtney Sharpe

I've just completed Episode 3 of my original hour-long drama series, Surviving In Babylon, and have now begun work on Episode 4.

Inspired by lived experience and set on Birmingham's council estates in the late 1980s and 1990s, the series explores identity, trauma, influence and transformation through the life of a young boy growing into adulthood.

What began as a single pilot has evolved into a much larger long-form story. Alongside the scripts, I've been building the world through a series bible, visual development archive and a dedicated project website.

I'm always interested in connecting with fellow writers, producers and creatives who appreciate grounded, character-driven drama rooted in emotional truth.
