Series Synopsis
Rock Bottom follows Marshall Garrett, a former drug dealer turned respected addiction counselor whose life is destroyed overnight when he is framed by a powerful criminal syndicate seeking revenge.
After years of rebuilding his life, earning back the trust of his community, and maintaining his sobriety, Marshall is arrested when police discover kilos of narcotics, a firearm, and evidence linking him to organized crime inside his own home. His only witness disappears, his reputation crumbles, and even those closest to him begin to question the man they thought they knew.
Denied bail and awaiting trial, Marshall is remanded to the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, where he finds himself imprisoned alongside the very people whose lives he once tried to save—including former clients who blame him for their incarceration and Victor Gotti, the dangerous nephew of a notorious mob boss who orchestrated his downfall.
Inside prison, Marshall must navigate gang politics, violence, and constant threats while fighting to maintain the sobriety that once defined his redemption. Outside the walls, his loyal secretary Maggie, skeptical ex-wife Lorraine, and a handful of unlikely allies slowly begin uncovering evidence suggesting Marshall's arrest was no relapse, but an elaborate setup.
