Hello and greetings Stage 32 folks and I am Lorenzo “Big Flem” Fleming, and I am an unpublished screenwriter, nonfiction and fiction writer, voiceover artist, narrator, military technical advisor, and content creator/host of Big Flem Radio and TV podcast channel (www.bigflemradiotv.com) from Southern California (Inland Empire) by way of southeast Georgia. I’ve been a member of Stage 32 since 2015. I’m a 27-year Active Duty Army veteran and currently an Army Reserve Soldier and Iraq War veteran with two combat tours. Looking forward to meeting new people, networking, marketing my current written and voice projects, and collaborating on any future screen/voiceover/TV writing projects. Currently working on a couple of writing projects like a children’s book as well as redoing all of my previous written works using the latest screenwriting software tools. I’m a firm believer in promoting positive, uplifting, and inspiring entertainment projects for the general public regardless of race, religion, gender identification, sexual orientation, etc. Still looking for my “big break” in this industry and always open to suggestions and recommendations. If any one needs a volunteer to do a table read for their screenplay/teleplay, please hit me up as well as anyone who needs a narrator or voiceover artist. Welcome back, and thank you for your service, because that kind of lived experience brings a specific weight to military and action writing that no amount of research can fully replicate. What's been the biggest change you've noticed in the industry since you first joined Stage 32 in 2015?

Hello Samantha and thanks. I believe that more access to executives, producers and managers for pitch meetings has change since I joined Stage 32 11 years ago. I need to submit to more pitch sessions and I haven’t received any upcoming pitch session emails from Stage 32 in awhile. Have a great weekend. Lorenzo
