Aspiring Screenwriter

Hello everyone, Brand new to Stage32 and Excited to get started! I have completed a very specific screenplay recently and I am looking to get in contact with someone from Paramount specifically. Any suggestions? Not currently represented in the industry.

Hi Josh, I'm also a fairly new member here (who should probably get around to introducing myself). I'd be happy to connect as a fellow newbie.

Hi Josh Altorfer, welcome to Stage 32, and congratulations on finishing your screenplay! Getting material in front of a major studio like Paramount is usually a process that goes through producers, managers, agents, attorneys, or executives who can submit on your behalf, so building those relationships is often the first step. Here's a great post that will help you navigate Stage 32 and get the most out of the platform: https://www.stage32.com/blog/how-to-successfully-navigate-the-stage-32-p... Since you're a screenwriter, I'd recommend checking out the Screenwriting Lounge to connect with fellow writers and industry professionals: https://www.stage32.com/lounge/screenwriting You can also explore education resources here: https://www.stage32.com/education One free opportunity worth checking out is Stage 32's upcoming AFCI webcast with Marjorie Galas on how film commissions support productions and creatives around the world: https://www.stage32.com/education/products/how-to-be-an-effective-film-c... Whats your story about?

Josh Altorfer

Dwayne Williams 2 Thanks for all the info! Really appreciate it. My story is a fan script for the superhero Nightwing. That is why getting a connection with Paramount is the priority. I am also working on original work but no other screenplays are finished at the moment.
