My name is David Zannoni, and have proudly been involved with Stage 32 for a over a decade, giving and following webinars, writing blog posts and sharing knowledge with our great community, and also supporting the ever-expanding Stage 32 certification program globally as international liaison.
Two of the latest partnerships I am particularly excited about, are in Mexico: Queretaro (https://www.stage32.com/blog/stage-32-certification-now-certifying-quere...) with CANACINE and La Cofradia, and Baja California (https://www.stage32.com/blog/stage-32-certification-expands-to-baja-cali...) with the Baja California Film Commission. Since very recently, Mexico finally has federal tax incentives for foreign productions filming there, which creates an immediate need for globally trained and qualified crews.
Also, through my 20-years expertise of Collection Account Management and Waterfalls, and through global CAM and accounting services powerhouse Freeway, and my own consultancy firm Zannoni Media, I am privileged to be involved in many parts of global audiovisual eco-system, always on the lookout for projects that need support with the management of distribution revenues, or projects that may film across several countries or regions, notably Mexico, Spain and Latin America.

Hey David Zannoni , wow, over a decade with Stage 32, that's incredible. And congrats on the Queretaro and Baja California partnerships, sounds like a lot of work went into that.
Didn't know Mexico just got federal tax incentives for foreign productions. That's huge timing honestly, feels like the certification push couldn't have come at a better moment.
Also had no idea Collection Account Management and Waterfalls was even a thing until reading your post lol. Definitely one of those parts of the industry writers like me don't think about until way later. Do most projects come to you already in production, or do you usually get pulled in earlier, like during financing?
