One piece of advice that really stayed with me from Keanu Reeves was:
"Try not to be a f--king a--hole. And go to work and respect who you're working with until they prove they don't get your respect."
As someone beginning my journey as a screenwriter and actress, I think this is a reminder that talent is only part of the equation. The way you treat people, collaborate and carry yourself matters too.
Every project is built by a team and respect is a great place to start. Looking forward to learning from and working with amazing people in this industry.
