Strengthening characters, @Grace. That's the most work. Sometimes I don't just have to do work on one scene. Sometimes I have to do work on different scenes throughout the script.
Probably "A." When I know a screenplay is simply too long for the genre, I know some things gotta go...but what sections? What things?
