Introduce Yourself : Hello from Japan and CA, USA! by Sara Matsui-Colby

Hello! Konnichiwa! I am a Japanese American actress living in Sacramento, CA but also in Kobe, Japan! Currently I am in Japan preparing to perform at a shamisen recital tomorrow! I am bilingual and sometimes I do VO in both languages. I love doing Voice Over in both languages and it is my goal that one day I'll be able to voice characters in a major Japanese anime and then dub myself over in English! (^-^)v In addition to VO, I also do a little bit of stage work. My current work starting later this month is as an understudy for the Player Queen in Hamlet atCalifornia Shakespeare Theatre! I also study Japanese Classical Dance (Another passion) and Japanese Noh and Kyogen theatre at Theatre of Yugen in San Francisco!
