Distribution : Distribution w/ Public Broadcasting by Wendy Elkin

A shortened version of my film has been accepted by N.E.T.A. (a distributor for public broadcasting). my concerns are in regards to not giving away the store. I want to give them rights for 18 months with it being returned to me after one year if it does not get shown. I do not want them to have any other rights including VOD. This is what they sent me to complete. I don't understand the acronyms for some of the language. If anyone has done this, can you please advise/?Thanks!
