Introduce Yourself : Filmmaker and strobe photographer by Jay Esguerra

Hey everyone. I just wanted to take a break between projects to give an introduction. I do filmmaking with an emphasis in post production especially final cut editing and some motion graphics. My main focus has been in creating quality short form videos. I also have formal school training with lighting in photography. My video and photography samples can be found on my personal media website: www.kineticdesigner.com Regarding photography, I love shooting with strobe lighting for portraits and other types of photography. They add magic & mystery to still images by controlling light and shadow in a scene. While I've shot more in studio, I'm starting to shoot more strobe photography on location and outside of studio too as a side job. With this said, I'm available for hire and even offer my own Dynalite 2040 strobe kit package. I shoot mainly with Canon 7D but can possibly upgrade to a Canon 5D Mark III for a little extra. If you have access to a visually aesthetic location to shoot, this can make portraits look even better. This type of photography might even be great for cast photos and film promotions. I'm even open to possibly shooting video or a combination of video and still as well.
