Hi Eiran. Well, we have briefs from record labels and independent artists on the site. You can see a lot of details - like budget and location in preview, which is free. If you want to pitch ideas/treatments, you need to subscribe, which starts from c$11 per month. If you haven't made music videos before but you have made good short film / docs / corporate etc, then you have a good chance of getting commissioned for the lower budget briefs - which are around $800. If you want to check it out further, I recommend you register on the site, which is free. That way you'll get notifications about new briefs and you can track when and if you want to jump in and subscribe.
