Screenwriting : Horror/Halloween Short film script by Ryan Atkins

Hi there, I'd like to make a short horror film to be produced either this year or next year for the Halloween season. I'm looking for something that is low/no budget with a fairly small cast (up to 4 primary?), simple on locations and set dec (horror usually uses every day items anyway). Up to 10 minutes is ideal. I'm looking for any writers who would like to write this genre and get their work showcased and produced.
