Introduce Yourself : Writer/Director Hunter Perschbacher by Hunter Perschbacher

My name is Hunter Perschbacher, and I am a writer/director living in Nashville, Tennessee. I have directed over 50 projects in various genres, and I am directing my first feature film early next year. I co-own a production company called Omega Pictures, which I founded in 2005 with my good friend and producer Kim Banks. We now work alongside producer Deja Brandeis, who also directed the feature-length documentary Hell or High Water: The Story of the Nashville Rollergirls, which premiered this year at the Nashville Film Festival. I began writing short stories at a very young age and since then, storytelling has become an obsession of mine. I am in love with filmmaking, and I spend what little free time I have writing and writing and writing. Other than that, I keep busy directing and running our company, as well as working on my masters degree in Design and Media Management from Miami International University of Art and Design.
