I'm working on a long term (two to three years) book/documentary project. I am in the research phase right now. I have been videotaping my interviews. I'm looking for a documentary film team who would be interested in collaborating. For now it would involve cataloging the film as it comes in and some minor editing for short video clips uploaded to Vimeo and shown on my website. And since I'm new to documentary films, I could also use technical help and advice. You can find out more about this project on my website at www.EmilioCorsetti.com. Look for the project titled Spiral. This story involves an NTSB investigation that wrongly accuses the crew for causing a near fatal accident. Remember the hero on the Hudson - Sully Sullenberg? The captain on this flight was the Sully of 1979 for all of one week. In that time he went from hero to villain. He's been trying to clear his name ever since.

Karen, I'm still trying to work that out. I might abandon the documentary side of this project because of cost. I might hire a videographer at each location where I conduct an interview. I might try to find a collaborator who has the skills in both videotaping and editing to work with me. I would pay for travel, but food and lodging and everything else would be up to the collaborator. I might try to do a better job of capturing the interviews myself. If I do decide that a documentary is possible, then I need someone to catalog the video as it comes in and to help with the editing once I get to that point.
