New "Spec" TV series needs writers

Good Morning fellow writers. A few months ago I launched Script Valet to assist writers with comprehensive coverage and notes for their screenwriting. <www.scriptvalet.weebly.com>. To date we have been able to help several writers improve and enhance their writing. If you need help with high quality coverage, please visit our site and subscribe. Today, I am announcing a writing opportunity for TV writers to create a "One Hour" episode for a New "Spec" Script TV Story concept. The pilot is nearly finished and presentations to TV networks and cable producers is planned in the near future. In order to have a solid project in place, I wish to develop several episodes to combine with the series pilot. The format is explained on the web site on the "TV Writers Contest" page. Briefly, writers can apply for the synopsis and details of story-lines developed. Once they receive the information they can opt to pay a small fee of $15.00 (to cover reading costs) and submit a One Hour (45-60) page script. All scripts WILL be read and judged. The winners will be announced in July and terms of the writer's rights and credits will be discussed. The Deadline is June 30th, however this may be extended as required. There is also an opportunity for the writers to receive the writers' portion of any sale/option revenue, when the series in sold or optioned. Winning writers may also be eligible to gain employment for future episodes. The success of the series will determine any remuneration or employment, however the contest is a selection process ONLY, and no cash prizes or other goods of value are being offered. See rules on the web pages for all details. I look forward to receiving your stories. Cheers
