Introduce Yourself : Foot Reflexology as a tool for the film maker by Kevin Kunz

Foot Reflexology as a tool for the film maker

I am the author of 18 books on reflexology in 21 languages. I have been practicing reflexology for 36 years. We have observed for years how foot reflexology has been used in film from Imitation of Life to Roseanne to bond characters. In real life foot reflexology is a bonding moment in a lot of situations. I have seen families bond over a a Sunday ritual of working on dad's feet in exchange for lox and bagels. Or seeing a nun helping a child who had been struck and injured by a car. At one time we joked that to have a successful sitcom you needed a foot working scene in the very first episode. There are a ton of examples of this. Then there were comedic scenes like Goldie Hawn working on Kurt Russell' feet in Overboard. There are a lot of these types of moments. The point is I am interested in promoting reflexology in film, television and theatre. Reflexology is a device for bringing people together in a unique ways. That is why I joined this forum. And I would be happy to put my two cents in helping to explore what would work for film, tv or theatre. It would be fun.
