Acting : Need an Advise on Getting a Good Non SAG Actor by Signe Baumane

I am an indie animator and I have a couple of ideas I want try out. I am looking for a good male actor with a strong sense of comedy for a 20 second online animated video. I am willing to pay for the work, but fear of dealing with SAG is hindering me. Would you have an advise for me? Thank you.
