Introduce Yourself : Programmer & Web Designer / Video Editor / Voice Actor by Chuck Gaffney

Hi everyone, My name is Chuck Gaffney. I've been a part of the internet content creator culture for a while now. Back in 2002, I created my website, Chuck's Anime Shrine and from there hosted simple animated music videos that gained some popularity on the web and Newgrounds pre-youtube days. By trade I'm a programmer and web designer but I've dabbled in a number of other production fields like Flash animations, sound editing, and more recently... voice acting, video game design (for my own homebrewed IOS game) as well as composing video game music. I was never really a traditional actor. Closest to acting was when I was in select chorus back in high school some 10+ years ago. I did however 3 years back take voice acting courses from Bang Zoom Studios and Edge Studio and just this past month got recurring roles for two large multinational companies. Can't say who I'm working with at the moment as the commercials are still in production but one is a large international clothing brand and another is a large international charity organization. My goal from here will be to get involved in anime, prelay animation and video game VO work...and even more commercials. I do drop by on this site here every so often and I don't mind checking out all of the awesome indie projects everyone has made or is producing. It's a pleasure to meet all of you.
