Hi, I'm an aspiring screenwriter from the UK who subscribed to obtain hints, tips and discuss ideas with other screenwriters who actually know what they are doing. I have a number of scripts currently in progress and a notepad full of ideas. I've always liked the idea of collaborating with a group of writers to produce something unique. Hi, what genre do you like to write?
Hi Stuart, I'm happy to write any genre. Most of my screenplays are thrillers but would love to write sci-fi, comedy, rom-coms. The only thing I think I'd struggle with would be horror as I'm a natural chicken.
To me writing a screenplay is a very individual thing, same as writing an orchestral score. Too many cooks.. ;-)
