Hello people. Hope all is well. I am David Montgomery. I am new here. A little about me…I am from Charleston, SC. I am a writer. I love reading, and I have a music cd out! What brought me here is that I have written an awesome screenplay that I will bring out, hopefully in movie theaters soon! It is an Urban Romance / Suspense Thriller. WITH THE RIGHT PEOPLE BACKING IT, I BELIEVE IT CAN BECOME SUCCESSFUL IN THEATERS!! The synopsis is under… This movie is based upon an adolescent named Lavarous who goes through life struggling in Charleston, SC to find himself. Many events happen to shape this young man's life, from drugs to violence to the crooked cop that cost him his relationship. When it seems that all hope is lost, the road that he eventually chooses to settle on traveling doesnt come without problems that he tried to forget about. He has to find his faith in God in order to make it out of a life that is statistically proven to be fatal. Will he succeed, or will he fail at being the person he eventually see is better to be? This movie looks at the harsh reality of how life can be for some of the inner city and urban African American youth of today. This movie has great value dealing with the viewing of how one stays faithful to their marriage, as well as how the urban youth of today can rise above statistics. Hey Brother D...Just read your synopsis..Not sure if this will help or if you even find it of value, but your synopsis is just a bit too vague..If you could "up the stakes" in your pitch, I think it would help to attract the exec's who would find this a good fit...Just an observation...all the best going forward...B.
