Screenwriting : New to Screenwriting #help!! by Phoenix Meadows

Hello all! I am a model/actor who has creative directed several photo shoots, fashion shows and even events. I have always been good at writing and have always been extremely creative. I have developed several ideas for films and plays and I actor in the process of beginning to write them all. The problem I have is once I get my screenplays developed, how do I go about getting them seen by directors and producers in the industry?
