Okay, I think I'm pretty much outta luck on this but want some feedback: I am getting back to screenwriting after setting it aside for many years, so working on TV spec scripts right now with network writers' programs deadlines coming up. I don't have any features done. Of course, I see where there are pitch sessions in May with a rep for management company I had near the top of my list to query when I was ready as they rep one of the main writers on a TV show along the lines of what I'd like to write for. I'm sure I could have the spec done on the show their writer works on as a sample, and possibly one more TV spec script, but no pilot or feature. I just need to wait for another opportunity, right? And make sure I have a variety of samples before I pitch anyone, no matter how much an upcoming opportunity matches what I am looking for? I also love horror and am kicking myself for not having a feature script to pitch next weekend for the online pitchfest. I've been here less than a week and this site is KILLING me ;-)
