Filmmaking / Directing : Pitching to OWN Network by Sandra Riffero

Does anyone know how to pitch an idea for a TV Show on Oprah's OWN? Also, does anyone have any experience with selling ideas this way and what something like this would make if accepted? Do I have to present a mock-up show? Any tips appreciated. Thank you.
