I need a little help on my new screenplay. I have Protagonist #1 giving examples of how lives of others are just as miserable as Protagonist #2. Summed up in a sentence. Here is an example: "I was robbed on vacation, only to come home to see my house burning to the ground, along with the overdue insurance bill left inside." They can be absurd. They can be ridiculous. They can be true. The funnier the better. Try to keep them to a sentence or two like the example above. My favorites get in the script. Thank much.

Might not be quite what you are looking for but I used this as part of my live stand up routine. My wife wanted to get pregnant as I told her I was working with silly putty and couldn't get it up, she said I don't care get me pregnant so I told her to stick her thumb up my ass and push from the inside out.
