I'm writing the film biography TIGER QUEEN, The Life of Mabel Stark. I apprenticed to Mabel for 3.5 years at Jungleland, late of Thousand Oaks. Mabel made her way into the male-dominated world of circus big-cat training, rose to the top, and became world-respected before women had the vote.
