24 Archetypal Castings

Hello actors As a headshot photographer, I'd like to share with you a very different take on capturing headshots. Casting directors may not consciously know this themselves. And they may or may not want you to know either. Find out more at my blog: http://bit.ly/UCOuvG Your collective thoughts on this would be very welcome. Thanks for reading! Mark David

Hi Alle, that's a great question! At this early stage in my career in headshot photography, I honestly don't yet know. Not only is this a very pertinent point for me to chase up with existing/previous clients, but also I fully intend to further pursue this unique theme of celestial archetypes in future blogs (and a sideline photo portraiture project) to greater illustrate how and where these enneagramic archetypes come into play - both on screen and stage, and in day-to-day life. Good casting directors know this - even if they don't consciously know it (in terms of which types play opposite each other best etc). That's the beauty; on some subtle level, we all subconsciously 'know' this archetypal system that has been forever hidden in plain view. And I haven't even covered maximum attraction types yet; that's where things really start to get cinematic and dramatically evident! I hope that helps, and thanks for getting in touch. Best wishes Mark
