Screenwriting : I have two screenplays ready for pre-production. by MIchael Jordan Shane Parker

So, i'm a first time screenwriter and just got through writing two screenplays. One is a horror/romantic that turns the idea of Vampires, Licans, and warlocks on its head. Two is a drama/romantic that follows a group of college students from present to past and back. Both screenplays are setup to continue with sequels or even be continued to a third or forth movie. so, i am looking for advice on how to continue or some interested company members/agents/writers/producers/directors/actors, i thank you for your time......
