Eddie, stage 32 has some amazing webinars and classes on pretty much any aspect of the industry you're looking to work in. You should definitely check them out. Also Onstage with RB, which is free, has some amazing advice.

Actors Access is one of the most used tools out there... especially in "smaller" markets.
