Introduce Yourself : I hope to learn a lot here by Darrell Laurant

My name is Darrell Laurant, and I recently moved to Lake George, NY from Lynchburg, VA after retiring from the newspaper business. I'm presently re-inventing myself as a full-time freelance writer, novelist and writing coach (in and around helping my wife take care of my 90-year-old mother). My first novel, "The Kudzu Kid," is coming out in October. The reason I joined this group is because I think the second novel in the series (as yet written in my head but not on paper) has potential as a TV or movie screenplay, and I have no idea how to go about developing this. Looking forward to learning a lot.
