Screenwriting : Why is it so difficult to find a good agent?! by Rob Fox

I guess I just need to get it off my chest, but I have friends that have agents and managers and have barely written anything, but I have a popular webseries, a couple produced features and a handful of produced shorts, but am finding it almost impossible to find an agent. I'm not wanting this to be a "poor pitiful me" type post, just wanting some tips that others have used to gain representation. Any secrets or ideas? Thanks!
