Sorry Dan, you slipped through my email net. I'm working on a film about War of The Worlds. This week I have a few corporate events I need to film to pay the rent. What are you up to? J

No worries. Interesting: A retelling of the story or a different story linking to it or paying homage? I'm working on some features atm.

It's an art/tech, human focus. For example, you may see pilots/shorts with hybrid art/tech.. themes related to tech's impact on humanity.

What's your focus?

With me it's all about story. I believe films should connect with audiences. I actually studied he impact of tech on humanity and way this relates to film as part of a minor I did. Did a bit with the subject in Welcome to Earth (a short of mine), but will to an extent deal with something similar in one of the features I'm developing.

Very cool. We're aligned there, perhaps we may cross-pollinate. Cheers to the process.

Yes, it's not the norm here I've found. I do enjoy people making their own films with family however, so I'd be happy to see your film pass by on here once you've made it!

Daan! We are working hard, and we've uploaded two trailers about the film to Youtube. We'd like to place the movie under your Christmas tree. But I hope your next movie will be released earlier!
