SYNOPSIS:
AZTEC EAGLES is a historical drama based on the incredible true story of the first and only all Mexican fighter squadron to fight on behalf of the U.S. military during World War II. In 1944, with the Pacific campaign still raging, a group of young men from a different nation are selected to train and defend a country not open to receiving them. Facing prejudice at every turn, these Mexican trainees learn the hard way that serving in another man’s war takes more than skills and determination. Through their willingness and pride of their Hispanic heritage pass down through the ages, these men become some of the best pilots to fly combat missions during World War II, eventually flying with distinction and bravery, flying bomber and escort missions for the U.S. Navy on their way to Japan.

I'm new to this so take my advice with a grain of salt, but i do think the logline has good bones. I really like the beginning sentence. I think it has punch. There are some grammar issues and it kind of double explains itself. Also from what i know we aren't suppose to use the name, just description. For Ex: idealistic latinx (idk how to describe race and ethnicity in a way that doesn't sound like an out of touch white person trying not to sound racist) but then again rules are made to be broken right? Any way i find the premise intriguing.
I would end at world war 2 because you've already explained he's fighting prejudice earlier in the logline. Hope this helps some.
