Jon Shallit did a wonderful job writing a TV Pilot for a book I wrote. The tag-line - Time and tide wait for no man, but they might for a teenage boy...We are looking to share this with various people, but before doing so, would anyone be willing to read the script and look at the pitch deck? Another experienced pair of eyes might spot some something obvious..

Andrew, many thanks for adding me to your network. Incidentally, I lived in Balmoral Close near Nicholas Hawksmoor School from 2002-2010! It's the setting for my YA fictional time travel book! I renamed it Steeple Snoring.

UPDATE - MY SCREENPLAY JOB POSTING

Jon Shallit read my whole novel in one day, then suggested ways to write the pilot/screenplay version with a better defined love interest and clearly outlined antagonist from the start. These were not present early enough in the novel. He outlined the whole pilot for me on skype after one day.

His sample scripts were visually compelling and fast moving. No dull moments

I am confident I will be getting a great product.

The fee quoted for the pilot was in my range, with a final completion time of 30 days. Each payment for the contracted three parts (outline and first third, the complete first draft, and the final product) will be delivered when completed in a timely manner, in 10 day increments, as agreed to in the contract.

To those of you who applied to adapt my book into a screenPlay, I have decided, due the quality and number of appllcations to end the acceptance period for CVs.
