Full Overview

George Gorgeous, a religious controversial politician from Florida is shot to death. Fulfilled with the accomplishments of his life, George performs sacred acts to prepare himself for heaven under the conviction he earned a place in it. In his passage to the beyond, George gets confused when he is received by two ethnic women from his community. In order to advance to the next phase, George has to leave his prized belongings behind causing him to question his expectations. He decides to continue. As George crosses the next phase, he encounters three entities: Holly, a transsexual... Joshua, a homeless man...and Martha, a young mother. George feels he is being judged by them, even though he considers himself almost a saint. He does not understand why he has been placed in such position, but the entities explain to George that they are just there to guide him through his journey.
