Full Overview

Three years earlier, the father and mother attended a Christmas party. On the way home there was a tragic car accident, where the mother was killed. The ramifications of which has forced a wedge between father & 17 year old daughter. The father is distraught at the loss of his wife. He is not just suffering grief, he is suffering from massive guilt and self-blame. Unable to take the strain of living at home the daughter left to fend for herself. She is now living in a squalid flat with junkies as neighbours. She is pregnant and alone. Her friends have now distanced themselves and the only one she can turn to is her Dad. She is very worried about money, the baby, the birth process, her abilities to look after the baby, her abilities to look after herself with a baby, her future etc. She misses the support of her Mum. She is frightened and alone. No matter how strong she is, there are still limits. She wants her Dad to be part of her life and help her. He is her last resort. She sent a ...
