Help (2017)

Full Overview

Bullied and excluded by his peers, with his family falling apart, a boy struggles with depression. Help is the fifth of a series of short films made in collaboration with middle-school-aged children by husband/wife creative team David Tarleton and Adria Dawn. The film explores the effects of depression on a young man as his life spirals downwards. The team spent a lot of time with the young participants and were inspired by their stories in the process of developing this project. The film is intended to foster social awareness and change.
