Drugs, psychedelic rock and a conscientious objector. Singer Stephanie Karter goes on a journey of self discovery in the swinging '60's. Disillusioned from her life as a kitchen porter, outcast Stephanie Karter still dreams of a life in which she makes a living from doing what she loves most, making music. Things start to look up after a chance meeting with a local psych-rock band in a bar.
