The Harbor Story follows a couple, Joe and Molly who meet one another at a softball field in the 1970's. Their bond is immediate and mutual. As their relationship begins to progress and grow stronger, Molly is unexpectedly diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. While Molly begins her treatment, she turns to her family and Joe for their love and support. But as she continues to get weaker she begins to question if she will ever have a future with Joe, while Joe questions if he'll have the strength to move on if Molly's time should come.
