Somewhere there is a reel-to-reel tape of my 5-year-old self talking, singing, and rambling into the microphone. Fast-forward to the present day and you may find me reciting my own poetry at a local open mic or performing in the chorus with the Northwest Indiana Symphony. These experiences are how I express my love of sharing words with others. Whether reciting poetry, reading storybooks to children, or being a lector at church, it just feels natural to vocalize my love of words.
That has been my journey to Voice Over.
If you're looking for an American female voice for your project, please visit my website at http://sheilawoodvo.com and listen to my demos. I am a full time non-union voice over artist in northwest Indiana. I work from my professional home studio and am close enough to travel to any Chicago studio should your project require it.
Allow me to bring your words to life and share them with the world.
Unique traits: Proofreading is a chronic condition I cannot shut off. My mind automatically highlights poor spelling and syntax wherever it appears.
