As an innovative artist whose lifetime has been dedicated to the pursuit of being observant, detail in design and decoration is paramount. Producing artistically refined presentations is an ongoing process, which continues to be reevaluated through new philosophies and ideas. Growth is always on the menu, as times evolve. Constantly aware and alert to new trends, I incorporate these observations into my concepts for a cutting edge vision.
Whether in the simplicity of nothingness, or the elaborate details from a time of baroque imperialistic splendor, each have a place and calling that requires a certain eye, that can nail the specifics of such, flawlessly and with precise accuracy. As a visual artist in the High Art of window display, every ten days we have to represent a new designer, with their own image to protect & exploit in our artistic endeavors, under the umbrella of a stores name, which must be among the paramount considerations of each design. This complicated scenario, is the basis for such sets, windows, which display the art of all who are involved in the commerce of that product, which is the end result.
Having trained in a visual & preforming arts college in the PNW, we at the end of each year would come together as a community of artists and produce a play. The musicians played and sang, the fine artists built sets and painted them, the designers produced the storyboards, clothing & lighting. It was a unique place of magical experiences that trained me to work with others well and that in the collaboration of idea's...amazing results can happen.
I am looking to work with other creative people who have a pursuit of excellence, as the guideline for all they do.
Unique traits: Supremely organized, diversified in the arts, understands time management & budgets, can handle a large staff and direct with ease. Self motivated & smart with a superior work ethic.
