Healthy Mindset Summer Series: The Writers' Roundtable with the hosts of The Victory Round: Kay Ross & Kawan Glover

Jason Mirch has started a fantastic new "Summer Series" to help creatives build up their coping skills to balance our mental health. As part of that series, the hosts of The Victory Round, Kay & Kawan, will be showing how creatives can build their confidence and combat self-criticism and shame through celebrating victories. The Victory Round is a weekly live event on Instagram followed by Clubhouse where participants share a victory from their week and help others celebrate their victories, too. During the Writer's Room Wednesday Webcast, we'll invite members to both share their recent victory and help the next participant celebrate. This reciprocity helps to lift you up while also developing the positive language to lift others up! Kay and Kawan will be covering how to find a "Victory Buddy", how to identify the "victory behind the victory", and how to build on the receipts of victory. This is particularly powerful for those who get stuck with the idea that victories are all results-oriented, so they may ignore the efforts required along the way. Kay Ross is the Stage 32 Community Manager, but she is also an uplifting script reader and film production mentor. Join her alternating Mondays for The Coverage Report in the Writer's Room where she helps screenwriters improve their script notes. Kawan Glover is an author, screenwriter, and a survivor. As Stage 32 Community Leader and Victory Coach, he promotes authenticity, positivity, and embracing the hard conversations for a growth mindset. You can read more about Kawan's inspiring story and mission on his website: https://kawanglover.com/
