A pharmaceutical company has brought together the brightest scientist from around the world to develop a cure. Behind the public face, the company believes the world population must be reduced for humans to continue to thrive. There are a few low ranking officials that know the virus is man-made and has been filtered into the population with strategy and purpose. Though the virus has mutated several times, an antidote has been found. An unwitting courier is drawn into a volatile situation when when a lab technician gives the courier a vial of the antidote to help expose the truth.

He decides to hunt the gang down with the use of a known outlaw, who precisely helped the gang in their past. The Gang, now have the biggest and final heist they need to settle the score. The Marshal's trap wasn't so successful and the only outlaw, in the eyes of the Marshal, who believes he has been double crossed captures him again and he gets a seven year sentence.
