About Benjie

"First and foremost... I'm an actor." Benjie is a Georgia (Savannah) native  residing in Atlanta. He’s a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, and as a SAG-AFTRAe actor, has over 40 of years professional experience. He's appeared in feature films, on TV and on stage. He was an Executive Producer at BJG Media Productions of Atlanta, producers of “Love Always Charleston” and "Cool Carolina Nights" drama series. Love Always, Charleston aired on Comcast CTV-25 in Atlanta, and aired nationwide on Dish Network/CoLours TV in 2010.


"Cool Carolina Nights" a spin-off series, aired on NC, and VA TV stations, and aired on Comcast CTV-25 in Atlanta/ Dekalb County GA. As an award-winning actor and writer (poet), he can be seen in indies in 2011; “The Boy That Transcended Light” (2011 Am. Int'l Film Festival, AIFF award winner); “Words To Kill,” "Single in the A T L," Mangelo Productions ;"Unspoken Words," "A Christmas To Remember," Atlanta Dream Team Productions, and more!


As a writer, he’s working on 2 novels, he continues to write poetry, and he has screenplays in the works. 2021 projects involving Benjie are in post, and in 2022 ... Benjie WILL BE seen!

The study selected 412 men infected with the disease and faked long term treatment, while really only giving them placebos and liniments. The experiment was only discontinued 40 years later when a Senate investigation was initiated. At that time, only 127 of the original study group were left alive.
